I paid for a ticket but I don’t see the confirmation in my email.
— Please review your spam folder for your ticket confirmation. If it’s not located there, you can check in by providing your first and last name. Remember to have your ID ready upon arrival.

I bought a ticket but I was unable to attend. How do I get a refund?
— Our events have a no refund policy.

Are all your events 21+?
— Yes. You must be 21 and older to attend any of our events.

Is there a dress code for all of your events?
— Dressing with intention isn’t just about looking good, it’s about being presentable and setting the tone. Here’s our general dress code:
No athletic wear (Local Seattle sport team jersey is acceptable ONLY on game days)
No basketball shorts, sweatpants or tracksuits (Even if designer)
No plain white tees
No slides of any type (Sandals are okay)
No oversized bags

I don’t want to be photographed while attending your events. Is that possible?
— We retain exclusive rights to utilize photographs and videos captured during our events for promotional and portfolio purposes. Each of our events will include a disclaimer notifying attendees of this practice. Our photographers and videographers operate without the ability to discern specific individuals to include or exclude in their shots. Consequently, your participation in our events signifies your comprehension and consent regarding this policy.

I did not sign up for your newsletter. Why am I receiving emails?
— Upon purchasing a ticket, you consent to receiving email updates from us regarding past and upcoming events.
